Our Buying Team
If you have a product or service that you think maybe suitable to Cloudstix then please follow the process below:
1. Send an email to trade@cloudstix.com overviewing the product or service. Please use FAO Buying Team in the subject.
2. If the items are deemed suitable, our team will discuss the proposal and be in touch for further details.
3. Please do not use the customer service number or our live chat to pitch products or to try to collect the decision makers details.
Important Information
Whilst we welcome a chat with any other vendor, e-liquid or hardware manufacturer we kindly ask that you make an appointment first before visiting our head office. It is company policy to only allow authorised access to our building. If for whatever reason you decide to ignore this notice then our senior management will not be able to see you and access to the building will be denied.
Sales on site at head office can only be made via credit, debit card or PayPal due to us not holding any cash onsite whatsoever. Our doors are not open to the general public, however pre-arranged visits, we can happily facilitate.
