How long do batteries take to charge?

For the initial charge it is recommended to charge for 4 hours and then after that the battery should charge fully with 1-2 hours on consequtive charges.

We do not recommend charging the battery overnight as this can limit the lifespan of the cell. Never charge the battery using any other leads or plugs other than those supplied by Cloudstix or similar fit for purpose CE marked units.

How is the electronic cigarette powered?

By a rechargeable Lithium battery

What is E Liquid ?

The vapor produced in an electronic cigarette uses a nicotine base liquid which is known as E-Liquid. This liquid is heated by the atomizer to deliver the sensation, taste, and feeling of smoking. You can have the best e-cigarette in the world, but your vaping experience will not be enjoyable without quality e-liquid. E-liquid can vary in flavor, consistency, throat hit, and nicotine concentration.

For those that prefer a throat hit then we recommend using an E Liquid where the mix ratio is higher in PG to VG. You can use the filter on our website to show you all of these options once in the E-Liquid section.

What exactly is in E-Liquid ?

Without going in to the exact science it's mainly PG (propylene glycol), VG (vegetable glycerin) or a mixture of the both with nicotine and your desired flavour. The nicotine is derived from tobacco plants and is delivered at various strengths ranging from around 3mg to 18mg. The strength of the nicotine & the mix ratio determines how much throat hit you get. For most people 6 to 12mg is enough, but for the more heavier smoker 18mg may be needed.

What gives E - Liquid its Flavour ?

Natural flavorings from flavor concentrates are usually added to the liquid to give its distinctive flavours. These flavors are usually the same flavouring used to flavour food.

Is E - Liquid Safe ?

Most of the components in e-liquid are well known and are used in many food & household products. Currently only pharmaceutical grade (USP) or food grade PG and VG are safe to use. E-Liquid contains nicotine and should only be used and handled by adults 18+ or 21+ or older depending on local laws. Please be aware that nicotine is a known poison and stimulant. E-liquid should never be handled by anyone underage and should only be used by people who are smokers and have a tolerance for nicotine. In small concentrations such as 18mg and below, e-liquid is safe to handle. Should any amount get on your skin, wash and clean with soap and water.

How do i return a product ?

You can easily contact us via email and detail the reason behind this at admin@cloudstix.com. Sometimes an issue you believe to be a fault can easily be sorted by our team. If you change your mind or have ordered the wrong item then please do not open the units. We can only provide a full refund for units that are unopened for hygiene and safety reasons.
