Our promise to you is simple. If you find a cheaper price elsewhere, that is in stock at that very moment, contact us via phone or email and let us see what we can do.

There are terms and conditions to our guarantee and we recommend reading them below before contacting us.

1. You must provide evidence of the cheaper price. This means sending us a direct link to the competitors website that is live at the time of enquiry.
2. The product MUST be in-stock at the competitors website for the price match to be valid. 
3. We will not accept price match links from amazon or ebay sellers / stores due to the amount of copies and clones sold on those platforms.
4. The link must be from a UK based legitimate and reputable company - checks will be carried out by our team.
5. The price must be visable and advertised on the competitor website to be valid.
6. The price must clearly state inc or exclusive of VAT to be valid.
7. Products must be like for like in terms of colour and model.
8. We will not price match on any battery cells - 18650, 2100, 26650 etc.
9. Cloudstix shall provide a one time only discount code to beat the price if all criteria are met above.
10. Our price match is reserved for online sales only and not in our stores as our retail staff cannot check the facts whilst serving customers.
