First up, lets look at the coils that power the device. Are they trust worthy, do they deliver flavour & how easy are they to change ?

Well the great news is they are powered by the tried and tested BP Coils which have been around for a while now in other popular devices, including hardcore Sub Ohm Tanks.

Now depending on your choice of coil & E Liquid will also have a major impact on the expected life span of coils. In our tests we ran Bar Juice 500 Salts and Easy Fruits High VG

For the Bar Juice 5000 test we used the 0.6ohm coils at 18watts.

We vape daily on the Luxe XR Max at these exact settings and so we know flavour inside out here. So in the test we used the much loved Blue Sour Raspberry which can be a little unkind on coils.

We average just over 1 week using the Vaporesso device before we start to get a little funky flavour. How did the BP Stik stack up ? Well the BP Stik handled the Nicotine Salt very well, flavour was good, the hit was perfectly fine and coil life was pretty much the same. Another tick for the BP Stick.

What we would add here in our personal experience the BP Stik will favour those whom prefer an easier, airy style draw then those looking for a tighter option. The rotate to adjust airflow couldn't replicate the performance of the Luxe Max here, but then again when comparing the price of the Stik VS the Luxe max you can see why. 

For the Easy Fruits test we used the 0.15ohm coils at 65watts.

At true sub ohm levels the BP Stik starts to really shine. As a pocket friendly, budget Sub Ohm device performing like this, you really cannot complain.

The 0.15ohm coil really delivered the flavour profile within the Easy Fruits E Liquid, picking up the tones of the 3 fruits no bother at all.

Again at these levels this is where the none restricted airflow comes really into its own, providing the perfect sub ohm vape and protecting the coil from heat.

You can adjust the airflow on the device simply by turning the pod whilst it is sat in place. Simple, easy zero messing around here. As the pods are locked in via magnets then it also stops that rancid issue of airflow adjusting whilst in your bag or pocket.

Filling the device is another winner! Remove the pod, open the fill port and fill her up. Close the fill port and away you go. No spillage or mess. Heavy users may wish to choose the V2 replacement pods to get more life out of your daily fill ups.

The Aspire BP Stik is charged nice and quickly by the USB-C lead. The internal 2500mah should last most users a full day. The only users that may struggle are very heavy users hitting 80watts on the 0.15ohm coil.

When we tested the 0.6 and 0.15ohm coil, the 0.6ohm lasted us 24 hours and the 0.15ohm was way less, however we must state this disclaimer.

Most of us in the office are Nicotine Salt users of 20mg, when making the switch to 3mg Sub Ohm juice we instantly become HEAVY users due to the fact we are not getting as much Nicotine as our body is used to. Those of you whom are used to 3mg Sub Ohm vaping will be much less power hungry consumers.
